Online Birth & Death Services
With effect from 01.11.2025, Birth and Death Registration and issuance of Birth and Death Certificates in Oulgaret Municipality are being carried out through the Civil Registration System (CRS) Portal.
How It Works
Registration & Confirmation
After registration, the Birth/Death Certificate is confirmed, the downloadable certificate link/message will be sent to the mobile number or e-mail ID furnished by the informant with the registration particulars at the time of reporting the birth/death at the concerned hospital.
Provide Correct Details
The public are therefore requested to furnish the correct mobile number and e-mail ID at the time of reporting the birth/death.
If Link Not Received
If the certificate link/message is not received due to technical issues or any other reasons, the concerned person may approach the Birth and Death Section, Oulgaret Municipality, to obtain a copy of the Birth/Death Certificate on payment of the prescribed fee of ₹50/- per certificate.
Future Online Services
In future, the following integration of the BDIS programme with the CRS Portal, all Birth and Death related services, including correction of entries, inclusion of names and other related applications, will be processed online through the CRS Portal. Members of the public can therefore avail these services and submit the required applications from their place through the online system, without the need to visit the Municipality for each service in future.

Always provide your correct mobile number and e-mail ID at the time of reporting the birth or death to receive your certificate link/message.
