Procedure for obtaining permission
The applicant shall submit an application on plain paper, affixing a Court Fee Stamp of Rs.1/-.
The application shall clearly indicate the following details:
- Breadth of the Pandal / Shamiana
- Width of the Pandal / Shamiana
- Number of days for which the Pandal / Shamiana is proposed to remain in existence.
The prescribed following charges shall be paid by the applicant.

| c) | Holes made for erection of Poles for pandal | Rs.150/- per hole/ one week | Rs.180/- per hole/ one week |
On payment of the applicable charges, permission shall be issued by the Executive Engineer / Assistant Engineer concerned within 5 days.
Note:
Permission shall be obtained before erecting the Pandal / Shamiana.
