About the Permission
Permission may be requested for temporarily stacking building materials on the roadside adjacent to a property. This is usually required due to limited space within the property premises.

Undertaking of Safety and Cleanliness
- 1 The materials will be neatly stacked and covered to prevent spreading or dust pollution.
- 2 Proper safety signage, barricades and reflective cones will be placed around the materials to warn drivers and pedestrians, especially at night.
- 3 A clear pathway will be maintained to ensure that vehicle traffic and pedestrian movement are not blocked.
- 4 I will immediately clear all remaining materials and completely clean the roadside at my own expense once the permitted duration expires or the work is completed.
- 5 I am ready to pay the applicable stacking fees/charges as prescribed by the municipal corporation.
